Coaching & Mentoring 

Personal one-to-one coaching is an excellent way to work through life’s challenges and changes in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. With the help of a coach, you can identify your goals and ambitions, and create a plan for achieving them.

At times, we can all feel stuck in our personal and professional lives. Whether it’s navigating a difficult relationship, feeling lost in your career, or struggling with self-doubt, a coach can help you find the tools and strategies to overcome these obstacles and build your self-confidence.

In coaching sessions, we’ll work together to explore your unique situation, identify any barriers or challenges, and create actionable steps to move forward. This may involve developing new skills, exploring different perspectives, or building resilience to handle life’s ups and downs.

As your coach, I’ll provide guidance, motivation, and accountability throughout the coaching process. We’ll work together to track your progress and make adjustments as needed, so you can stay on course and achieve your goals.

Meditation is a powerful tool for managing stress, improving mental clarity, and enhancing overall wellbeing. However, it can be challenging to know where to start or how to make the practice work for you.

One of the most important things to remember is that meditation cannot be forced – it’s something that needs to be invited and approached with openness and curiosity. By creating space and allowing yourself to be receptive to the experience, you can begin to unlock the many benefits of meditation.

As your needs change and evolve, so too will your meditation practice. What worked for you in the past may not be what works for you now. That’s why it’s essential to have a safe and supportive environment to explore different approaches and find what resonates with you at the present moment.

When a particular method doesn’t feel right or isn’t effective, you may feel frustrated and give up on the practice altogether. That’s why I believe in creating a personalised approach to meditation that’s tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore different techniques, find what works for you, and build a sustainable meditation practice that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Neurodiverse Advocate & Support

As a neurodiverse advocate and support coach, my focus is on helping individuals who are neurodivergent (meaning the neurological functioning is different from what is typically considered “normal”) to better understand and navigate their unique experiences.

Neurodivergent individuals can include those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, and other learning differences. Unfortunately, individuals often face a range of challenges in their daily lives, such as social isolation, difficulties with communication, and struggling to understand their own strengths and weaknesses.

As a neurodiverse advocate and support coach, my role is to offer support, guidance, and encouragement. 

This may involve helping to better understand your strengths and weaknesses, building strategies to overcome any challenges you may face, and providing a safe and supportive environment in which you will be empowered to learn and grow as an individual.

My focus is to help individuals feel empowered and confident, so that you can advocate for yourself and find success in your personal and professional life.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique (or tapping) combines elements of Eastern acupressure and Western psychology. It involves tapping on specific points on the body while thinking about a particular issue, emotion, or thought. This is done to help restore balance to the body’s energy system and reduce emotional distress.

The wonderful thing about EFT is that it can be used for a lot of different challenges we may face, like anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and addiction. And the best part is that it’s a simple and effective technique once you know what you’re doing. 

To get started, we identify the issue you want to address, rate how intense it feels on a scale of 0-10, and then tap on specific points while thinking about the issue. You’ll repeat this process until the intensity of the issue decreases.

EFT is a simple but powerful technique that can help reduce emotional distress and promote overall well-being.
